Meet the founder
Sarthak Khanal
Founder, Spark Law Academy · Advocate
Sarthak founded Spark Law Academy in 2023 to make focused legal education and exam preparation more accessible to aspiring legal professionals in Nepal. He teaches BAR and LLB entrance preparation classes and leads discussions, training, and research programs.
He holds a B.A.LL.B. from Nepal Law Campus and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from National Law College, both under Tribhuvan University. He is licensed as an Advocate by the Nepal Bar Council. His professional work spans corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory advisory, and legal research.
He is also a co-author of Advocate Essential and Advanced LLB Booster, practical resources for legal study and exam preparation.
